1. Fiecare utilizator poate deschide un nou subiect, însă dacă căutaţi un răspuns anume la o problemă, v-ar putea fi de folos utilizarea funcţiei „Căutare”. Este posibil ca cineva sa fi pus deja aceeaşi întrebare şi să se fi răspuns deja. Each user can write a new topic, but if you are looking for a specific answer to a problem, it might help to use the "search" function first. Someone might have had the same questions like you before.
2. Dacă doriţi să deschideţi un nou subiect, încercaţi să îl încadraţi într-o categorie. Astfel, va putea fi citit şi găsit mai uşor. If you want to write a new topic, try to fit it into a category. Thus it will be read or found easier.
3. Alegeţi un titlu concis şi care să definească cel mai bine subiectul, încercând să evitaţi cuvinte singulare de genul „problemă” sau „ajutor”. Choose a good title that is precise and meaningful, try to avoid general and unspecific one-word titles like "problem" or "help".
4. Dacă aţi primit răspuns la întrebarea/ nelămurirea dumneavoastră, vă rugăm să o bifaţi. If your question/query has been answered, you should use the tick field.
5. Nu insistaţi dacă nu vi se răspunde imediat la întrebări. Aveţi răbdare. Don't be pushy if questions are not answered immediately. Have patience.
6. Dacă un subiect este abuziv sau încalcă regulile, acesta poate şi trebuie să fie raportat. If a post is abusive and violating any rules this can and should be reported.
